Why not the internet community itself draft the law the internet will be ruled by?

An excellent article on theGuardian, on a widely and deeply troubling issue, which came to my attention thanks to Manolis Polychronidis. Our institutions have clearly not kept up with advancements in medicine, and it so happens that they often, both the advancements and the institutions, work against the patients' best interests and wishes.
